Reid Continues Love-Making Analogy

May 7, 2010 (WASHINGTON) - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid continued the sexual metaphor he recently made in reference to his Republican colleagues’ treatment of Wall Street.

“Republicans are having difficulty determining how they are going to continue making love to Wall Street,” Reid said at a news conference on Wednesday, before adding that “It's obvious that they don't want to put any decent restrictions on what Wall Street has done or are doing.”

National Republican Senatorial Committee Communications Director Brian Walsh fired back, saying, “At least Republicans have someone to make love to. Have you seen Harry Reid’s wife? Ahh-arooooooh!” he said, emulating a dog’s howl.

Today Reid continued his attack. “Republicans are looking for ways to lubricate the continued ravaging of Main Street by Wall Street. Republicans are taking Wall Street’s cigars, licking the firm length of them from head to tip, lovingly snipping the blunt head off them, then placing them gently between Wall Street’s collective lips, flicking open their lighters, and cupping a flame against these high-end Cuban beauties while Wall Street gently sucks on them.

“Thus are the American people getting screwed. Now please excuse me while I go take a cold shower.”
